• LR (Lorry Receipt) booking and management

• POD (Proof of Delivery) uploads
• Agent management and operations
• Financial reporting and remittance management

Service availability and features may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with Sri Krishna Logistics, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use your account only for authorized purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Methods: We accept payments through:

• Bank transfers and wire transfers
• Credit/Debit cards through secure payment gateways
• Digital wallets and UPI payments
• Cheques and demand drafts

Billing & Pricing:

• Prices are as specified in the LR booking confirmation
• Additional charges may apply for special services
• GST and applicable taxes are included in the quoted price
• Invoice will be generated upon service completion

Payment Responsibility: Payment for freight charges and other applicable fees is the responsibility of the shipper or recipient as agreed. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sri Krishna Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Delay or damage to shipments (beyond our control)
• Loss of data or information
• Third-party actions or content
• Website downtime or technical issues

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Shipment Terms & Liability

Liability Limits:

• We are liable for loss or damage only if declared value is properly declared
• Liability is limited to declared value of goods or ₹100 per kg (whichever is lower)
• Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of damage must be documented with photos/videos

Excluded Liability: We are not liable for:

• Damage due to inadequate packaging
• Perishable items without proper temperature control
• Fragile items without protective measures
• Natural calamities or acts of God
• War, civil unrest, or government action
• Items shipped against our guidelines

8. Prohibited Items

Sri Krishna Logistics will not transport:

• Hazardous or dangerous materials
• Explosive, flammable, or corrosive substances
• Perishable items (unless special arrangement)
• Illegal items or contraband
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Cash or currency (without special license)
• Items that violate any law or regulation

Violating these restrictions may result in account suspension, legal action, and forfeiture of goods.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sri Krishna Logistics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Dispute Resolution & Grievance

Grievance Procedure:

1. Submit written complaint to support@srikrishnalogistics.com within 30 days of issue
2. Include detailed description, supporting documents, and desired resolution
3. We will investigate and respond within 7-10 business days
4. If unresolved, escalate to management for further review

Arbitration:

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with one arbitrator chosen mutually by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, India.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

15. Termination of Service

Sri Krishna Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice if you:
